Two people were arrested Wednesday after authorities conducted a search at a New London residence. 24 year old Cigi Bowman and 22 year old Trevor Mulligan were taken to the Henry County jail on various charges. Henry County Sheriff’s office and the New London police executed the search warrant that stemmed from a joint narcotics investigation and information regarding prostitution taking place at the residence. It was the second narcotics search of the home in the past 10 months. A previous search was conducted May 30th, 2014. At that time Bowman and other occupants at the time were found manufacturing meth. Bowman is charged this time with prostitution, gathering where controlled substances are unlawfully used, three counts of second or subsequent possession of controlled substances and accessory after the fact. Mulligan is charged with gather where controlled substances are unlawfully used and possession of marijuana. He is also on probation and there was an active arrest warrant for eluding his probation. Further probation violation charges are expected for Mulligan and Bowman.
