Opportunity for MPCHS Students

Written by Theresa Rose on October 15, 2016

The high school has started a new field trip program allowing students tour a business and learn about the career opportunities and operations at that business.  Friday, October 21, students have the opportunity to travel to ContiTech to tour the facility.  ContiTech has a variety of positions there for students to view from Machine Operators, Engineers, Team Leaders and Coordinators, Quality Assurance, Scheduling, IT, Forklift drivers, to Continuous Improvement and more.

The field trip takes place right after school Friday afternoon.  It is open to all students grades 9 – 12. Students can sign up in the Student Services office.

Batey’s Sawmill hosted the first field trip.
