Board hearing in Black Hills Energy Company docket also scheduled
(Des Moines) – On June 6, 2016, the Iowa Utilities Board will hold a meeting beginning at 12:00 p.m., to deliberate a draft order regarding the discussions held at the Board’s June 1 meeting on the “Request for Permission to Begin Construction Outside PCN Areas” that was filed with the Board on May 5, 2016, by Dakota Access, LLC in Docket No. HLP-2014-0001. Prior to the pipeline deliberation meeting, the Board will conduct a hearing starting at 9:00 a.m., to receive testimony and cross examination regarding the Black Hills Energy Company proposed cost of service gas program in Docket No. SPU-2015-0028. The Board will recess the hearing to allow time for an orderly transition to the pipeline meeting.
The hearing and pipeline meeting will be conducted in the Board’s Hearing Room at 1375. E. Court Avenue, Des Moines, Iowa.
Persons attending the pipeline deliberation meeting should be respectful of the Board’s hearing process and are free to come and go as they wish, provided the hearing is not disrupted. Mobile phones and other electronic devices should be set on silent mode.
