Erma AllimanWritten by Theresa Rose on March 13, 2018
Erma (Davison) Alliman filled many roles in her life. She was first of all a Christian, which profoundly influenced the way she fulfilled all her other roles. She was a daughter, sister, wife, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt, and co-worker, member of our church family, a mentor and a friend.
Erma Maxine Alliman 84, of Wayland, died Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at the University of Iowa Hospital. Funeral Services have been set for 11:00AM Saturday, March 17, 2018 at the Independent Bible Church in Wayland with Pastor Robert Wolf officiating. Burial will be at the Cottonwood Cemetery. Visitation will be Noon to 7:00PM Friday at the Beatty Funeral Home in Washington, with family present from 4-7:00PM.
Erma had a passion for children and children’s ministries. For this reason, in lieu of flowers, the family is suggesting memorial gifts be directed to the children’s ministries of Erma’s home church, Independent Bible Church, Wayland, Iowa.
