Timeline For Filling the Upcoming Mt. Pleasant CSD School Board Director District II Vacancy
 Post notice of the vacancy in the Mt. Pleasant News and on the District website the 2nd week in October
 Receive applications until October 21, 2016 at 3:00pm
 Board reviews applications
 Board interviews applicants on Monday, October 24, 2016, at 5:00pm ahead of the regularly schedule work session
 November 8, 2016 – General Election
 November 10, 2016 (or thereabouts) – the canvassing of the General Election vote is complete and the Director District II seat is officially vacant
 November 14, 2016 – Appoint the selected individual to serve the remainder of the Director District II seat, (September 2017)
