Day Five Results from Secretary Pate’s State Fair Straw Poll

DES MOINES – Iowa Secretary of State Paul Pate is conducting a Presidential Straw Poll throughout the Iowa State Fair at his booth in the Varied Industries Building. Fairgoers can participate in the poll via iPads at the Secretary of State’s booth.
Below are the result totals from all votes cast through five days of polling. Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders are tied with 623 votes apiece There have been 1,315 votes cast for Democrats. 2,982 votes cast for Republicans. 82 for ‘other’:
