  1. Accept or amend the agenda.

 

  1. Open forum – a time set aside to receive comments from the public regarding city business.

 

  1. Council revisiting Resolution 2015-16, parking restrictions on South Ash Street. Action by council if needed (will be written as Resolution 2016-10 and drafted during the meeting).

 

  1. David & Ginger Rehman, 610 South Main Street, to discuss their elm tree located on the west side of their property. Action by council if needed.

 

  1. City Attorney Jerry Goddard to give a presentation on the property abandonment process. Action by council if needed.

 

  1. Discussion and action on letter received from Danville Chiropractic regarding Handicap parking on North Main Street.

 

  1. Streets and utilities report.
  2. Review and Approval of the report.

 

  1. Approval of consent agenda.
  2. May 16, 2016 council minutes.
  3. Building and/or electric permits.
  4. Payment of bills.

 

  1. Council reports and correspondence.

 

  1. Adjournment of the regular session. The next regular session of the Danville City Council is scheduled for Monday, June 20, 2016, Danville City Hall, 5:00 p.m..
