Child Care Training at Extension Office

Rachel Sweeney, ISU Extension and Outreach Human Sciences Specialist, Nutrition and Wellness, is facilitating an Actions Speak Louder Than Words child care training at the Henry County Extension Office on Tuesday, April 2nd from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m.

The goal of the training is to increase childcare providers’ ability to describe and role model desirable health-related behaviors in childcare settings. This class has been approved for DHS credit and can also be used as credit for child care providers who are on the CACFP program.


The registration fee is $5.00. Register online at before March 26th.
