Appleberry Orchard is having Bob the Builder weekend today! Come see all kinds of construction equipment including backhoes, bulldozers, dumptrucks, skidloaders, and much more. They're open from 9 am to 7 pm.
The Iowa Wesleyan Community Brunch is back. Serving from 11 am to 1 pm in Wesley's Diner. $10 for adults, age 55 and over $7, ages 5 to 10 $5, under 5 is free. Bring your church bulletin and get a $1 discount.
The Dover Museum is open every Saturday and Sunday from 1 to 4 pm through October. There is no charge, but donations are welcome. The museum is air conditioned and handicap accessible.
The Healthy Halloween Walk takes place today out at East Lake Park from 2 to 5 pm. Registration is by the tennis courts. Costumes are welcome! Enjoy family friendly fun and games as you walk a loop through the park, including face painting, healthy snacks, bubbles, creative activities, and much more. If it rains, the event will be moved to October 27.

The Southeast Iowa Symphony Orchestra will present their inaugural Masterworks Series concert of its 69th season, Gaelic Lands. Performances will be held today at 2 PM at the Bridge View Center in Ottumwa and at 6:30 PM in the Iowa Wesleyan University Chapel Auditorium in Mt. Pleasant. Season tickets are $55 while single-concert tickets are $20 for adults. Children and students through age 22 are free.
