The New London Presbyterian Church is having a rummage sale today from 8 am to 2 pm. The church is handicap accessible. They will also be serving rolls, beef burgers, hotdogs, chips, pie, and drinks during the rummage. All rummage items are 50 cents unless otherwise marked.
The New London Methodist Church is having a Rummage and Bake Sale today from 8 am to 2 pm. Lunch will be served starting at 10:30 am. They will have creamed chicken on biscuits, beef burgers, hot dogs, coleslaw, potato salads, baked beans, and homemade pies.
The Mount Pleasant City compost site is open today from 8 am to 5 pm. The site is located southwest of Saunders Park and the end of Yocum Lane and Hoaglin Drive.
The City of Donnellson has rescheduled their roadside cleanup that was supposed to take place on April 27 to today. Meet at the Fire Station in Donnellson at 8:30 am.
The Ladies for Charity are having a rummage sale today in the St. Alphonsus Manning Hall. Today is a free will offering, and they will be open from 9 am to noon!

The New London Fire Department is having their annual Spaghetti Dinner tonight from 3 to 7 pm! The dinner is free will donation, and all proceeds support the New London Fire and Rescue Unit.

The Dover Museum will ‘open for the season’ today and will be open every Saturday and Sunday through October, 1-4 p.m., or other times by appointment at 367-2573. There is no charge. Donations are welcome.
