The Oakland Mills Nature Center is now open on Saturdays from 9 am to noon and Tuesday and Thursdays from 4 to 6:30 pm. Attendance inside the Nature Center will be according to State guidelines for public gatherings of 10 or less. Limited summer environmental education programming will be available. Mt. Pleasant Moose Lodge is serving their delicious tacos to-go or dine-in from 5 to 7 pm. Tacos, taco salad and walking tacos are $6 each.
The Mount Pleasant City offices are closed Friday, July 3 in observance of Independence Day. Curbside pickup of yard waste is not available Friday and the city compost site is closed Saturday, July 4.
