On Saturday September 24th, 2016 at approximately 11:32 pm, Henry County Sheriff’s Office and Winfield Police Department were called about a vehicle driving erratically near Winfield, Iowa. The vehicle was located, in the roadway, at the Intersection of Highway 78 and Nashua Avenue.
Upon further investigation, chemical smells were emitting from the vehicle. After further investigation, Methamphetamine Lab Materials were located in the vehicle.
Justin Stafford (35) and Jennifer Stafford (32), both of Winfield were arrested for conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine (Class B Felony) and possession of Marijuana with the Intent to Deliver (Class D Felony). Both subjects are being held at the Henry County Sheriff’s Office.
